Terms of Use

1. Using With You

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the service and able to agree to these Terms. With You is offered for personal, household, and caregiver coordination use.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your email address current, and notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

3. Shared households and your content

Some features work in local-only mode, while sync, household sharing, uploads, and account recovery require an account and server-side services.

If you create or join a shared household, you understand that other household members may be able to see the shared records, uploads, and activity tied to that household. You remain responsible for what you upload and whom you invite.

4. Subscriptions

With You may offer auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock sync and household features. Pricing and billing details are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Payment is charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the rules of that store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Deleting your With You account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

5. AI and pet-health guidance

With You may use OpenAI services to process prompts, images, and attachments you submit to AI-assisted features so the app can generate responses, understanding, and recommendations.

These features are for informational support only. They are not veterinary, medical, legal, or emergency advice and should not replace a qualified professional.

6. Suspension and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create material security or legal risk. You may request account deletion from inside the app.

Account deletion begins immediately and is finalized within 7 days. Shared household history may remain for other members where the record belongs to the shared household rather than to you alone.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
