Account deletion

You can request account deletion from inside the app in Settings. Deletion starts immediately and is finalized within 7 days.

  • Access is revoked once deletion is requested.
  • Household owners or billing sponsors may need to hand off those roles first.
  • Shared household history can remain for other household members.
  • Directly identifying account data is removed or anonymized during finalization.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by that store. Deleting your With You account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

You can manage subscriptions in the store account used for purchase, including Apple subscriptions and Google Play subscriptions .
